Lothar Rendulic (Croatian: Rendulić; 23 October 1887 – 17 January 1971) was an Austrian army group commander in the Wehrmacht during World War II. Rendulic was one of three Austrians who rose to the rank of Generaloberst (colonel general) in the German armed forces.

Lothar Rendulic (* 25. Oktober 1887 in Wiener Neustadt; † 18. Jänner 1971 in Eferding) war ein kroatischstämmiger österreichischer Offizier. Nach dem Anschluss Österreichs machte er Karriere in der Wehrmacht und war zuletzt Generaloberst im Zweiten Weltkrieg.
