Henry Cromwell, 2nd Baron Cromwell (before 1 March 1538 – 20 November 1592), the son of Gregory Cromwell, 1st Baron Cromwell and Elizabeth Seymour, was an English peer during the reign of Elizabeth I.
The Cromwell family is an English aristocratic family descended from Hugh de Cromwell who came to England with William the Conqueror. Its most famous members are: Thomas Cromwell, 1st Earl of Essex; and, Oliver Cromwell, the Lord Protector.
Baron Cromwell is a title that has been created several times in the Peerage of England. The first creation, which was by writ, was for John de Cromwell in 1308. On his death, the barony became extinct. The second creation came in 1375 when Ralph de Cromwell was summoned by writ to Parliament as Lord Cromwell.

12 de feb. de 2022 · Henry Cromwell, 2nd Baron Cromwell was the son of Gregory Cromwell, 1st Baron Cromwell and Elizabeth Seymour. He married Mary Paulett, daughter of John Paulett, 2nd Marquess of Winchester and Elizabeth Willoughby, before 1560. He died on 20 November 1592.
25 de may. de 2024 · Henry Cromwell, the eldest grandson of Thomas Cromwell, inherited the title of Baron Cromwell in 1551. He served as a Member of Parliament and married Mary, the daughter of John Paulet, 2nd Marquess of Winchester.
