Raymond Marcellin, né le 19 août 1914 à Sézanne et mort le 8 septembre 2004 à Paris 8 e, est un homme politique français. Ministre de l'intérieur de 1968 à 1974, il est l'incarnation du retour à l'ordre musclé après les événements de mai 1968.
Raymond Marcellin was made Minister of Industry from 8 January 1966 to 1 April 1967. Following the events of May 1968, he was appointed Interior minister of France on 30 May 1968 replacing Christian Fouchet. De Gaulle said on this occasion that with Marcellin he now had the real Fouché.
