Nils Olof Thorbjörn Fälldin (Västby, Högsjö, Ångermanland, Suecia, 24 de abril de 1926-Ås, Högsjö, Ångermanland, Suecia, 23 de julio de 2016 [1] ) fue un político sueco. Nils Olof Thorbjörn Fälldin (24 April 1926 – 23 July 2016) was a Swedish politician. He was Prime Minister of Sweden in three non-consecutive cabinets from 1976 to 1982, and leader of the Swedish Centre Party from 1971 to 1985.
Thorbjörn Fälldin blev Sveriges första borgerliga statsminister sedan Axel Pehrsson-Bramstorp 1936 och bröt därmed Socialdemokraternas 40-åriga innehav av regeringsmakten och statsministerposten. Biografi. Fälldin föddes i Högsjö socken i Ångermanland som son till lantbrukarparet Nils Johan Fälldin (1893–1971) och Hulda Olsson (1900–1983).
