Ove Høegh-Guldberg (1. september 1731 i Horsens – 8. februar 1808 på Hald Hovedgård ved Viborg) var dansk statsmand, teolog og historiker. Han var bror til Christian Høegh og far til Christian, Frederik, Julius og Peder Høegh-Guldberg.
