Edward Hastings, 1st Baron Hastings of Loughborough, KG PC (c. 1521 in Loughborough, Leicestershire – 1572) was an English peer, the fourth son of George Hastings, 1st Earl of Huntingdon. He married Joane Harrington daughter of John Harrington of Bagworth, Leicestershire circa 1544.

Edward Hastings, 1st Baron Hastings of Loughborough, KG PC (c. 1521 in Loughborough, Leicestershire – 1572) was an English peer, the fourth son of George Hastings, 1st Earl of Huntingdon. He married Joane Harrington daughter of John Harrington of Bagworth, Leicestershire circa 1544.
He became Lord Chamberlain of the Household on 25 Dec 1557 and Baron Hastings of Loughborough on 19 Jan 1558. In her will the Queen named him as an executor. With offices and honours went lands to support them.
Baron Hastings is a title that has been created three times. The first creation was in the Peerage of England in 1290, and is extant. The second creation was in the Peerage of England in 1299, and became extinct on the death of the first holder in c. 1314.
