Václav Klaus ['va:ʦlaf 'klaʊs] (Praga, 19 de junio de 1941) fue presidente de la República Checa desde el 2003 hasta el 2013. Anteriormente, había sido primer ministro (1992-1997) y posteriormente presidente de la Cámara de Diputados. Pertenece al Partido Cívico Democrático.
