Al-Sayyid Muḥsin al-Ṭabāṭabāʾī al-Ḥakīm (Arabic: السید محسن الطباطبائي الحکیم, b. 1306 /1889 - d. 1390 /1970) was a Shiite authority in the fourteenth/twentieth century from Iraq who lived in Najaf. After the death of Ayatollah Burujirdi, he was considered a prominent Shiite authority.
Ayatullah Hububi too raised a militia and made Sayyid Muhsin Al-Hakeem, aged 26, his right hand man. The communists dominated Abdul-Karim Qasim's government, and began a reign of terror against Islam.

Huge crowds of people attended his funeral. His final resting place is in his own library next to the Holy Shrine of Imam Ali (AS) in Najaf-e-Ashr’af.
