Meir Bar-Ilan (nacido como Meir Berlin, (Valozyn, Bielorrusia 1880 - Jerusalén, Israel, 1949) fue un rabino ortodoxo y líder del movimiento sionista religioso Mizrachi en Estados Unidos y el Mandato Británico de Palestina.
Cuando los británicos limitaron la inmigración judía a Tierra Santa, Bar-Ilan se convirtió en su principal opositor e inició una campaña de protesta pacífica y desobediencia civil. En 1943 emprendió un viaje alrededor del mundo para recabar apoyos a la creación de un Estado judío y se reunió con numerosos líderes políticos.
Meir Bar-Ilan (Hebrew: מֵאִיר בַּר-אִילָן; () April 10, 1880 – () April 17, 1949) was an orthodox rabbi, author, and religious zionist activist, who served as leader of the Mizrachi movement in the United States and Mandatory Palestine. Bar-Ilan University, founded in 1955, was named in his honour.

Meir Bar-Ilan was born in Volozhin, Russia, the son of the Netziv (Rabbi Naphtali Zevi Judah Berlin), one of the greatest sages to emerge in the course of Jewish history. The Netziv was the last Rosh Yeshiva of Volozhin which was forcibly closed down by the Russian government in 1892.
