Philip II, Count of Nassau-Weilburg (14 March 1418 – 19 March 1492 in Mainz) was Count of Nassau in Weilburg and shared briefly the regency of the County of Saarbrücken.

Philip IV of Nassau-Weilburg, also known as Philip III of Nassau-Saarbrücken (14 October 1542 in Weilburg – 12 March 1602 in Saarbrücken) was Count of Nassau-Weilburg from 1559 until his death and since 1574 also Count of Nassau-Saarbrücken.
Nassau-Weilburg is granted the German lands of Nassau-Orange. The former county of Katzenelnbogen which formerly belonged to Hessen-Darmstadt and which had been annexed by the French in 1806, is included in its eastern territorial gains.
