Alfonsina Orsini (Nápoles, 1472 - Roma, 7 de febrero de 1520) fue una noble italiana, hija del conde de Tagliacozzo Roberto Orsini, esposa del signore de Florencia Piero II de Médici, cuñada del papa León X y madre del duque de Urbino Lorenzo II de Médici.
Alfonsina Orsini (1472 – 7 February 1520) was a Regent of Florence. She governed the Republic of Florence during the absences of her son in the period of 1515–1519. Her rule was feared as a sign of the end of republican government there.
