Boris Lvovich Rosing (Russian: Борис Львович Розинг; 5 May [O.S. 23 April] 1869 – 20 April 1933) was a Russian scientist and inventor of television.
En 1892, Boris Rosing se incorporó al Instituto de Tecnología de San Petersburgo donde impartió clases de Física como profesor titular. A partir de 1895, enseñó la misma materia en la Escuela de Artillería Konstantinovsky y, desde 1906, fue también profesor de Medidas Eléctricas y Magnéticas en los cursos politécnicos para mujeres, que algunos docentes se negaban a impartir.
