Wilhelm Georg Friedrich Roscher (German:; 21 October 1817 – 4 June 1894) was a German economist from Hanover.
Wilhelm Georg Friedrich Roscher ( Alemán: [ˈʁɔʃɐ]; 21 de octubre de 1817 -4 de junio de 1894) fue un economista alemán de Hannover. Biografía. Roscher estudió en Göttingen, donde se convirtió en miembro del Corps Hannovera, y en Berlín, y obtuvo una cátedra en Göttingen en 1844 y posteriormente en Leipzig en 1848.

Wilhelm Georg Friedrich Roscher, 1817-1894. Founder of German Historical School. A native of Hanover, Wilhelm Roscher was trained as a historian at Göttingen, Berlin and Leipzig, where he absorbed many of the ideas of historian Leopold von Ranke. From 1840 to 1848, Roscher lectured at Göttingen.
