The Group Theatre was a theater collective based in New York City and formed in 1931 by Harold Clurman, Cheryl Crawford and Lee Strasberg. It was intended as a base for the kind of theatre they and their colleagues believed in—a forceful, naturalistic and highly disciplined artistry.

BUTCHERBIRD 〜心のトリアージ〜 都内の総合病院に勤務していた百舌鳥純一（もずじゅんいち）は、著書のヒットで若くしてキャリアの頂点に上り詰めていた。 しかしある患者の死をきっかけにしてその地位と名声は一瞬にして失墜、同時にある「既視感」が純一を支配するようになる。 仕事も手につかなくなり、間もなくして純一は医師としての職を離れ、自身の治療のためにかつて脳神経外科界において伝説のカリスマとまで称されていた標葉壮介のもとを訪ねる。 しかしこの「しねは医院」、純一が想像していたイメージとはかけはなれたものだった。
