Albert Jay Nock (October 13, 1870 – August 19, 1945) was an American libertarian author, editor first of The Freeman and then The Nation, educational theorist, Georgist, and social critic of the early and middle 20th century.
Ensayista y activista político americano, Albert Jay Nock estudió Teología, convirtiéndose en clérigo de la Iglesia Episcopaliana. Sin embargo, en 1909 Nock decidió abandonar la religión para dedicarse al periodismo en revistas como The Nation, de fuerte tradición liberal, o Freeman.
