Ugo Ojetti (en ocasiones castellanizado como Hugo Ojetti) ( Roma, Italia, 15 de julio de 1871 - Florencia, Italia, 1 de enero de 1946) fue un escritor, ensayista y periodista italiano . Biografía. Hijo del arquitecto Rafael Ojetti, estudió licenciatura en derecho e hizo su debut como poeta en 1892.
Ugo Ojetti (15 July 1871 – 1 January 1946) was an Italian journalist-commentator and author. He wrote prolifically on a wide range of topics. His output also includes short stories and at least seven novels.
Profondo conoscitore ed appassionato studioso d'arte, Ugo Ojetti pubblicò sull'argomento diversi importanti libri e divenne noto anche per la sua collezione, andata smembrata alla fine della seconda guerra mondiale. Fece parte fino al 1933 del consiglio d'amministrazione dell' Enciclopedia Italiana.

Ugo Ojetti was a journalist who, during the war, was tasked with the protection of monuments and artworks in the Italian-occupied territories. He was also instrumental in establishing and managing Italy’s wartime propaganda regime.
