David Allan Stewart (Sunderland, Inglaterra, 9 de septiembre de 1952), también conocido como Dave Stewart, es un músico y productor discográfico británico, más conocido por su trabajo con la banda de new wave Eurythmics.
David Allan Stewart (born 9 September 1952) is an English musician, songwriter and record producer, best known for Eurythmics, his successful professional partnership with Annie Lennox. Sometimes credited as David A. Stewart, he won Best British Producer at the 1986, 1987 and 1990 Brit Awards.
Historia. 1976-82: Formación. En 1975 Annie Lennox y David A. Stewart, por entonces pareja sentimental, entraron a formar parte del grupo punk The Catch, junto con el guitarrista Peet Coombes, un antiguo amigo de Stewart. 2 Editaron un único sencillo, «Borderline/Black Blood» (1977, Logo Records).

David Allan „Dave“ Stewart (* 9. September 1952 in Sunderland) ist ein britischer Musiker, Gitarrist, Komponist und Produzent. Er wurde in den 1980ern als Mitglied der Eurythmics bekannt, nachdem sich die Band erstmals aufgelöst hatte, startete er eine Solokarriere und ist bis heute als Musikproduzent tätig.
"Lily Was Here" is an instrumental duet by English musician David A. Stewart and Dutch saxophonist Candy Dulfer. It was released as a single in 1989 from the soundtrack of the same name for the Dutch movie De Kassière, also known by the English title Lily Was Here.
