The Herrenhausen Gardens (German: Herrenhäuser Gärten, IPA: [ˈhɛʁn̩hɔʏzɐ ˈɡɛʁtn̩]) of Herrenhausen Palace are located in Herrenhausen, an urban district of Hanover, the capital of Lower Saxony, Germany.

Throughout the year, the Royal Gardens of Herrenhausen (including Großer Garten, Berggarten and the conservatories) open at 9 a.m., the Georgengarten is accessible at any time of day. The Museum Schloss Herrenhausen opens during the summer season (April-October) daily from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., during the winter season (November-March) Thurs.-Sun. from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Although neglected at times, it is one of very few large Baroque court gardens in Germany that was never altered to a cheaper-to-maintain landscape park.

The centrepiece, the “Great Garden”, is the most important baroque garden in Europe and is a magnet for tourists from all over the world.
