Krumë is a town and a former municipality in the Kukës County, northern Albania. At the 2015 local government reform it became a subdivision and the seat of the municipality Has. The population according to the 2011 census was 6,006. It was the seat of the former Has District.

Has District ( Albanian: Rrethi i Hasit) was one of the 36 districts of Albania, which were dissolved in July 2000 and replaced by 12 counties. It had a population of 19,842 in 2001, and an area of 374 km 2 (144 sq mi). [1] It is in the north-east of the country, and its capital was Krumë.

After pushing the insurgents back to the Neutral Zone, in late January 1923 the Albanian army entered Junik.
