Teodoro I Comneno Láscaris (en griego: Θεόδωρος Α' Λάσκαρις Theodōros I Laskaris; c. 1175-noviembre de 1221) fue el primer emperador de Nicea, un estado sucesor del Imperio bizantino, desde 1205 hasta su muerte.
Los Láscaris o Láskaris fueron una noble familia bizantina griega cuyos miembros formaron la dinastía gobernante del Imperio de Nicea de 1204 a 1261 y se mantuvieron entre la nobleza superior hasta su disolución por el Imperio Bizantino, con lo cual muchos emigraron a Italia.
