Lord Augustus FitzRoy (16 October 1716 – 24 May 1741) was a British officer of the Royal Navy. He served during the War of the Austrian Succession, and was involved in the capture of the Spanish ship of the line, Princesa, a major prize in the war.

Augustus Henry Fitzroy, 3rd duke of Grafton (born Oct. 1, 1735—died March 14, 1811, Euston Hall, Suffolk, Eng.) was the 3rd duke of Grafton and a British prime minister (1768–70). He was a prominent figure in the period of the American Revolutionary War.
