Hans-Adam II (Johannes Adam Ferdinand Alois Josef Maria Marco d'Aviano Pius; born 14 February 1945) is the Prince of Liechtenstein. He is the son of Prince Franz Joseph II and his wife, Countess Georgina von Wilczek. He also bears the titles Duke of Troppau and Jägerndorf, and Count of Rietberg.
The Princely House of Liechtenstein overlooks a history totalling 600 years and today comprises 122 living members. It also gives its name to the Principality of Liechtenstein, which has been sovereign for 300 years.
On 30 July 1967, Prince Hans-Adam II married Countess Marie Kinsky von Wchinitz und Tettau. They have four children: Hereditary Prince Alois, born on 11 June 1968. Prince Maximilian, born on 16 May 1969. Prince Constantin, born on 15 March 1972. Princess Tatjana, born on 10 April 1973.
Princely House of Liechtenstein encompasses centuries of history and gave the Principality of Liechtenstein its name. House and family members are committed to the country and its people, in many ways.
