Thomas E. Allen (born March 14, 1970) is an American football coach who is the defensive coordinator and linebackers coach at Pennsylvania State University. He previously served as the head coach at Indiana University Bloomington from 2017 to 2023. He was named the 2020 Big Ten Coach of the Year and AFCA Coach of the Year.
