Charmaine Crooks CM OLY (born August 8, 1962), is a Canadian businesswoman, sports executive, and retired sprinter and middle-distance runner. She is currently the president of Canadian Soccer Association since March 1, 2023, following the resignation of Nick Bontis.

Despite having taken up running at the age of 16, Charmaine Crooks had impressive longevity, and a significant impact, on the Canadian track and field scene that has been matched by few others. She first gained international attention at the 1980 Pan American Junior Championships, where she won the 400 metres event.
Charmaine Crooks, C.M is a five-time Olympian and silver medalist who represented Canada in athletics for almost two decades. She was the first Canadian woman to run 800m in under two minutes and has won gold at World Cups, Pan American Games and Commonwealth Games.

Charmaine Crooks was the first female track athlete in Canadian history to compete at five Olympic Games. Her contribution to the Olympic movement however, has continued beyond her seventeen–year running career. Crooks was born in Jamaica to a family of nine children and came to Canada when she was six years old.
