Friedemann Eichhorn (born 1971) is a German classical violinist. Biography and career. Eichhorn was born in Münster, Germany, and studied violin with Valery Gradow at the Mannheim University of Music.
Born in Münster (Germany) in 1971, Friedemann Eichhorn has maintained a close connection with Kronberg Academy since 2000. As a participant in the first Chamber Music Connects the World festival, he played alongside Yuri Bashmet, Eugene Istomin, Gidon Kremer and Boris Pergamenschikow.

Friedemann Eichhorn is artistic director of the Kronberg Academy and has studied with Valery Gradow in Mannheim, Alberto Lysy at the Menuhin Academy in Switzerland and with Margaret Pardee at the Juilliard School New York. He was awarded a PhD in musicology at the University of Mainz.
Friedemann Eichhorn is the artistic director of the Kronberg Academy and professor for violin at the University of Music Franz Liszt Weimar. Among his students are many prize winners of international competitions and members of the Berlin Philharmonic, Deutsche Oper am Rhein and different radio orchestras, among them several concertmasters.
