Jayant Shridhar Tilak (12 October 1921 – 23 April 2001), generally referred to as Jayant-rao Tilak, was a politician from Indian National Congress and was a member of the Parliament of India representing Maharashtra in the Rajya Sabha, the upper house of the Indian Parliament.
Shridhar Balwant Tilak is the third son of Indian independence activist Bal Gangadhar Tilak. Sridhar had two sons; Shrikant, and Jayant Tilak. जयंत श्रीधर टिळक (जन्म – आश्विन शुक्ल एकादशी, इ.स. १९२१; - १९८०) हे लोकमान्य टिळकांनी सुरू केलेल्या 'केसरी' वृत्तपत्राचे संपादक होते. ग.वि. केतकरांनी संपादकपद सोडल्यावर सन १९५०मध्ये जयंतराव टिळक केसरीचे संपादक झाले. त्यांची ही कारकीर्द प्रदीर्घ काळ म्हणजे सतत तीस वर्षे चालू राहिली.
