Meghan Ory ( Victoria, Columbia Británica; 20 de agosto de 1982) es una actriz canadiense de películas y series de televisión. Conocida por sus papeles como Caperucita Roja (Ruby) en la serie de ABC Once Upon a Time y su protagónico como Abby O'Brien en la serie de Hallmark Channel Chesapeake Shores (2016 - presente).
Meghan Ory (born August 20, 1982) is a Canadian television and film actress. She is best known for her role as Red Riding Hood /Ruby on the ABC fantasy series Once Upon a Time and also starred in the short-lived CBS drama Intelligence as Riley Neal.

Ses parents sont Nathan Ory et Bonnie Ory. Elle a étudié à Royal Oak Middle School puis à Claremont Secondary School. En 1996, elle obtient le prix des Beaux-arts de Royal Oak. Elle réside en Californie la plupart du temps, sauf lorsqu'elle est en tournage, elle vit alors sur ses lieux de travail : Los Angeles, New York et Vancouver.
Elle est mariée depuis 2008 avec l'acteur John Reardon (en). Le 13 mai 2018, elle annonce sur instagram avoir accouché de son premier enfant. Le 24 juillet 2019, elle annonce être enceinte de son deuxième enfantet leur troisième naît en 2023
