Sega Sammy Holdings Inc. (en japonés: 株式会社セガサミーホールディングス Kabushiki Gaisha Sega Samī Hōrudingusu) es un holding japonés formado por la fusión de las compañías Sega y Sammy en 2004. Ambas compañías tenían productos de entretenimiento complementarios (Sega con juegos de arcade y Sammy con máquinas recreativas).

Sega Corporation [a] is a Japanese multinational video game company and subsidiary of Sega Sammy Holdings headquartered in Shinagawa, Tokyo. It produces several multi-million-selling game franchises for arcades and consoles, including Sonic the Hedgehog, Angry Birds, Puyo Puyo, Super Monkey Ball, Total War, Virtua Fighter, and Yakuza.
During mid-2004, Sammy bought a controlling share in Sega Corporation at a cost of $1.1 billion, creating the new company Sega Sammy Holdings, an entertainment conglomerate. Since then, Sega and Sammy became subsidiaries of the aforementioned holding company, with both companies operating independently, while the executive departments merged.
