She has a long acting career that spans decades, including movies and TV shows like Rio Bravo, Ocean's 11, Dressed to Kill, Wild Palms, Sabrina and Pay It Forward. Her most recent roles were in the TV series Judging Amy in 2004 and Mending Fences in 2009.

    During their marriage with Burt Bacharach they welcomed daughter Nikki who was born three months premature weighing less than two pounds at birth she had vision loss diagnosed with Asperger syndrome but died at age 40 due to no coping skills taking her life .
