John Wright (24 September 1904 – 11 January 1989), credited professionally as Jackie Wright, also nicknamed Little Jackie and Uncle Jackie, was a Northern Irish comedian. He is best known for being the bald-headed sidekick of Benny Hill on his television programme for fifteen years.

John "Jackie" Wright was an Irish comedian, best known for being the bald-headed sidekick of comedian Benny Hill. Wright was born September 24, 1904 in Belfast, Ireland, the eldest of twelve children.
After Benny's show made it to U.S. syndication in 1979, Jackie became a cult favorite in the States, to such an extent that a fan club sprung up in America and 'the little bald guy' received offers to star in his own show.
As much a fixture of The Benny Hill Show as Hill himself, his supporting core of Henry McGee, Bob Todd, Nicholas Parsons et al, and the Hill's Angels, was a 4' 11" bald Irishman named Jackie Wright.
