Drow: 2 Int & Dex, -2 Con, SLAs, Darkvision, Elf Traits (WotC Savage Progressions) No LA and a bonus to Int. This is rare.

A factotum also makes a useful contact for the PCs. He might share secrets that lead to hidden treasure, sponsor expeditions to recover lost antiquities, and so on.
