Splash Mountain is a log flume ride at Tokyo Disneyland. It was formerly located at Disneyland and Magic Kingdom. The attraction is based on the animated sequences of Disney 's 1946 film Song of the South.
Splash Mountain opened in 1992, and is one of the best-loved attractions in the Magic Kingdom. The huge mountain can be found in Frontierland, right beside one of the other famous Disney World Mountains, Big Thunder Mountain. Featuring 68 Audio Animatronics, Splash Mountain has the largest animated prop in any Disney park.

The Splash Mountain attraction in both Walt Disney World's Magic Kingdom and Disneyland is going to undergo a complete re-theming and will reopen as Tiana's Bayou Adventure in late 2024.
