We go back to the 1940s, to a laboratory in the United States of America. There, two scientists, Robert Oppenheimer and Enrico Fermi, are working on the atomic bomb. The world is at war and if the enemies develope the bomb before they do, the war is lost. But they cannot find the missing element.
