It has 5 main tabs: Program Installation - Check all the programs you want and click install in one go. Tweaks - Disable Telemetry and cut down on running background services.
WinUtil is pure magic! After a few failed attempts on my test machine I can say that this is the best version of Windows 11 I have tried so far. https://imgur.com/a/bTYzjV1. The final touch would be to uninstall Microsoft Store, Get Started, Windows Backup and some accessibility applications.
