Bards are already capable of fulfilling so many roles within a party, but add a little valor to your barding, and you get both a capable spellcaster and a decent sword-slinger to boot!

Your focus is on having higher AC and dealing good damage without needing to cast spells. This is one of the few colleges that supports a Strength build, but it has major merits in becoming a Long-Range bow build.
