Maidenhead is a market town in the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead in the county of Berkshire, England, on the southwestern bank of the River Thames. In the 2021 Census, it had an estimated population of 70,374 and forms part of the border with southern Buckinghamshire.

1 de may. de 2023 · 1. Boulter’s Lock. Source: timo_w2s / Flickr. Boulter’s Lock. One of the prettiest places on the Middle Thames, Boulter’s Lock is moments from Maidenhead town centre. The lock is the third to be built at this point in the river, dating to 1912 and replacing one from 1772 and an even earlier lock built in the 16th century.
Maidenhead Regeneration. The coming years for Maidenhead are going to be exciting with extensive development being seen across the town. Much of the investment coming into Maidenhead is as a result of Maidenhead being a station on the Elizabeth Line allowing passengers to travel through central London without having to change trains, further improving its excellent linkages with the City.
