Pope Paul III and His Grandsons (Italian: Papa Paolo III e i nipoti) is an oil on canvas painting by Titian, housed in the Museo di Capodimonte, Naples. It was commissioned by the Farnese family and painted during Titian's visit to Rome between autumn 1545 and June 1546.

The Venetian artist Titian painted a portrait of the Pope in 1543, and in 1546 the well-known portrait of Paul III with his grandsons Cardinal Alessandro Farnese and Ottavio Farnese, Duke of Parma. Both are now in the Capodimonte Museum , Naples .

The feeble pope, then aged 78, appears to turn suddenly in his chair toward Ottavio Farnese, his 22-year-old grandson.
