Choate provides pro bono legal services to enable individuals in underserved communities access to justice, to provide nonprofit organizations the tools they need to effect change, and support the economic development of communities in need.
29 de abr. de 2024 · Escaping such a bubble is essential because it allows boarding students to explore new places, meet new people, and gain a better understanding of the world outside of Choate’s campus, and a great way to venture outside is to engage in community service.
There's never a dull moment at Choate. Student clubs and organizations, community service, and so much more ensure extracurricular fun on campus.
At Choate Rosemary Hall, service is more than a diploma requirement; it is an essential element of a well-rounded education. Service to others supports the mission and values of our School by facilitating personal growth, increasing global awareness, and promoting inclusive communities.
The Choate community is enhanced by individual perspectives, but our experiences are woven together by common goals and a determination to strive toward something better. Through the power of an open mind, our worlds become bigger, and we discover what’s beyond our own horizons.
12 de feb. de 2021 · Although some projects have shifted online, others are simply no longer possible. Eventually, some community service programs will likely revert to pre-pandemic operations, but many virtual community service opportunities appear to be here for the long run.
