The Academy entrance requirements will be verified through successful completion of Criminal Justice G054 (Pre-Academy Orientation Class). The following prerequisites and requirements are applicable to the Regular Basic Course. Students must possess a valid California Drivers License.
Differentiate the roles of the law enforcement, courts, and corrections components of the criminal justice system. Evaluate the biological, psychological, and social causes of criminal behavior. Evaluate sources of information for criminal investigations.
