Hugh Richard Arthur Grosvenor, 2nd Duke of Westminster, GCVO, DSO (19 March 1879 – 19 July 1953) was a British landowner and one of the wealthiest men in the world. He was the son of Victor Grosvenor, Earl Grosvenor, son of the 1st Duke of Westminster, and Lady Sibell Lumley, the daughter of the 9th Earl of Scarborough.

Lord Arthur Hugh Grosvenor. Arthur Hugh Grosvenor was born on 31 May 1860. He was the second son and 4th child of Hugh Lupus the 1st Duke of Westminster. Educated at Eton, he went on to Christ Church, Oxford. On 12 April 1893 he married Helen, daughter of Sir Robert Sheffield 5th Bt. They had a son and 2 daughters.
