    BYU welcomes applicants from all over the world! While we do not offer second bachelor’s degrees (even if that degree was earned outside the US), we welcome freshman and transferapplicants. Please note that transfer applicants who have earned the equivalent of 90+ graded US college credits are unlikely to be admitted.
