PhD Programs. The Lindner College of Business PhD program is an apprenticeship-style model in which our students learn the history and current state of research in their area of concentration and then conduct original research in order to advance knowledge in their field and transfer that knowledge to others via teaching.
Our doctoral students develop a strong knowledge base in a variety of topics in management, including organizational behavior, human resources and strategic management, with the overarching goal of preparing for successful scholarly careers in academia.
The Mechanical Engineering graduate program in the Department of Mechanical and Materials Engineering (MME) offers both MS and PhD degrees. The PhD degree requires the completion of a dissertation in addition to the course credit hour requirements and qualifying exams.
The Ph.D. in Communication at the University of Cincinnati gives students the opportunity to investigate the power of communication to shape our personal identities and impact our social, organizational, mediated, and political lives.
Lindner's PhD in Finance program develops quantitative, analytical and teaching skills required for a career as a financial economist or faculty member.
