Ones made to be scary and ones that are story's specifically for people's OCs. Lulu fits into the second category. I don't disagree that creepypastas are meant to be scary, but you can't forget how a lot of the characters, especially the more popular ones, are at best campy slashers/ monsters of the weeks.
