Iakovos "Jake" Chapman (born 1966) and Konstantinos "Dinos" Chapman (born 1962) are British visual artists, previously known as the Chapman Brothers. Their art explores deliberately shocking subject matters; for instance, in 2008, they produced a series of works that appropriated original watercolours by Adolf Hitler .

In its most obvious reading, this is the Chapman brothers disrespecting Hitler as an artist by destroying his work with the additional of mere doodles, but the piece also plays with the notion of power and history in art.

Born Iakovos (Jake) Chapman in 1966 in Cheltenham, England and Konstantinos (Dinos) Chapman in 1962 in London, England, the Chapman brothers went on to study art. Dinos studied at Ravensbourne College of Art and Jake at North East London Polytechnic; they both attended the Royal College of Art for their master’s degree.
