Use the PCSX2 emulator. For Drakengard 1, you can use a widescreen and deinterlacing patch to significantly improve the experience and also upscale to 4K. The game runs well without many constraints, although do keep in mind that PAL (Europe) is 50hz and NTSC (North America) is 60hz. For Drakengard 2, also the PCSX2 emulator.

Emulation, by far. I was able to emulate the entire first game on a laptop a few years ago and needed to borrow my brother’s gaming pc to emulate drakengard 3—but it’s probably even ridiculously easier now with computers being even stronger than 5 years ago.
Drakengard 1 and 2 can be played on pcsx2 the ps2 emulator. Drakengard 3 and NIER can be played on rpcs3 the ps3 emulator. NIER is also known as Nier Gestalt and has a slightly different version of a game based on it called Nier Replicant.

Drakengard, known in Japan as Drag-On Dragoon, is a series of action role-playing video games created by Yoko Taro. The eponymous first game in the series was released in 2003 on the PlayStation 2, and has since been followed by a sequel, a prequel and several spin-offs.
The RPCS3 team has announced that its Playstation 3 emulator, RPCS3, can now run Drakengard 3 with 60fps. As such, PC gamers can enjoy the game with a higher framerate and better visuals.
