Dunedin (Ōtepoti en maorí) es una ciudad de Nueva Zelanda situada en la bahía de Otago (Otago Harbour), un entrante del océano Pacífico que separa a la ciudad de la península de Otago. La ciudad se fundó en 1848, y después de 1861 creció rápidamente por el descubrimiento de oro.
