2014 was overall a very weak movie in my opinion except for the first act. Shin Godzilla on the other hand is one of the best Godzilla Movies of all in my opinion. 1. Award. Share. Both are reboots of the character grounded in reality, and I absolutely love both of them.
I’ve brought this up in the r/Godzilla chat room before during Shin v Legen Goji discussions. They super power 2014/19 with a nuke. Both Godzilla use atomic weaponry, however we only know that G19 absorbs it. I can only imagine that Shin would as well, as it’s stated he’s a walking nuclear reactor.
