The Nintendo 3DS version of Mario & Sonic at the London 2012 Olympic Games received mostly positive reviews from critics, with the score at Metacritic sitting at 66%. Nintendo Power gave the game a 7.0 out of 10 rating, saying that some of the events weren't quite accurate, but still a fun minigame jamboree.
