Little boy asks his grandfather for Mein Kampf and grandpa doesn't do a double-take and just gets it for him. Imagine thinking the kid asked for Mein Kampf, and thinking it's a perfectly reasonable Christmas gift. imagine thinking this isn't staged. "I dont care what you say. If my baby wants it, he will get it".
