The Kruskal–Wallis or Mann–Whitney U test was used for comparative analysis of carbapenemase enzymatic activity, comparing the inhibition halo diameters generated by the isolate. p ≤ 0.05 was considered significant.

2 de jun. de 2019 · The absence of inhibition halo has been reported due to a convection model of the transfer mechanism (Clemente, Aznar, Silva, et al., 2016). These results together with those obtained for cinnamon EO proved the relevance of R. stolonifer for further experimentation due to its high resistance against both EOs.
